Thereafter, output files for routing engineers can be LCR, LCR with Manual Over-ride or Intelligent Routing. Percentage and channel limitation parameters can also be incorporated.

As an alternative to manual routing, carriers can choose to deploy Intelligent Routing, which allows for the establishment of parameters for - Average Seizure Ratios (ASR), Average Call Durations (ACD), Margins and Prices, which TeleDynamicX uses as baselines to learn from Actual ASR’s and ACD’s and determine which terminating carriers to route to.

As Intelligent Routing deploys multiple - static based routing, it is switch independent and can therefore be deployed in multiple switch type environments.
