TeleDynamics intelligently allows you to uplift rates directly from carrier buy rate notifications, translates multiple currencies and billing increments to actual per second rates, sets up LCR’s and learns from actual ASR’s, ACD’s and Pricing – where to Route.

Once all rate updates have been processed TeleDynamics’ intelligently ranks all rates, with potentially different billing increments, in a comparable Least Cost Per Second format for each of the multiple alternative routing structures created.

Thereafter, output to routing can be LCR, LCR with Manual Over-ride or Intelligent Routing.

Intelligent Routing provides an alternative method of routing which allows carriers to establish Average Seizure Ratios (ASR’s), Average Call Durations (ACD’s), Margins and Price parameters, which TeleDynamics uses as baselines to Learn from Actual ASR’s and ACD’s and determine which terminating carriers to route to.

As Intelligent Routing deploys multiple - static based routing, it is Switch independent and can therefore be deployed in multiple switch type environments.
